The first three floors house Herberger Institute programs, including popular music in the School of Music, Dance and Theatre and fashion in ASU FIDM, with the remaining 13 floors dedicated for student residential living. The apartment community is embedded in a setting that connects students organically with the regional business community and with key resources in supporting creative ventures among students, faculty, alumni, and among local artists, businesses and government agencies.
